S/01

You have an idea, no product yet

I build your MVP myself, from design to production.

How it works
  • We write down the scope before we start: what we build, what we leave out, and what “done” looks like.
  • The price is fixed upfront.
  • You get a product in production, tested and documented, not a throwaway prototype.
  • The code and the documentation are yours.
  • Whoever takes over the product after me can pick it up without starting from scratch.
S/02

You have a product, no CTO yet

I take on the CTO role part-time, until you're ready to hire a full-time one.

The steps
  1. 01

    Diagnosis

    I meet the team, look at how it works, then at the stack and the code. You get a report and a plan. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you.

  2. 02

    Setting up

    On the team side: adjusting roles, hiring if the budget allows, dealing with people issues when there are any. On the tech side: processes, stack, good practices.

  3. 03

    Steering

    I follow the team every week and keep it on course. If there's no CPO, I can also own the product vision and talk to your customers.

  4. 04

    Series A and beyond

    Getting ready for the raise and its due diligence, then putting the money to work to grow. When the time comes, I help you hire your CTO and hand over.

Your team is stuck on a specific problem

I step in on a clearly identified problem, for as long as it takes to solve it.

For example
  • The application can't handle the load.
  • The infrastructure or the releases are causing trouble.
  • A big architecture decision needs making: rewrite, change stacks, split a module.
  • The way the team is organised is slowing delivery down.
