I talk product and business before I talk tech. My job is to understand what your company needs. I'm based in Lille, France.
At Pinpo, as CTO, I built the product team and saw the company through its Series A, then through a complete rebuild of its platform. I've also trained more than 300 developers at Le Wagon. Today I'm building Gravity, a conversational agents platform.

How much does it cost?
It depends on your situation and your needs:
- an MVP is a fixed-price project, agreed upfront;
- ongoing support is billed per day, with a lower rate as the monthly volume grows.
Either way, the goal is a rate that works for both of us.
Is a part-time CTO enough?
Early on, yes. What a young startup needs is the right technical decisions at the right time. In my experience, a full-time CTO at an early-stage startup often ends up taking on execution work just to fill their time. The volume grows as things speed up, and when a full-time CTO becomes necessary, I help you hire one and hand over.
How much time is “part-time”?
It depends on the engagement: from a few days a month for targeted support to several days a week for a CTO role. The volume can change over time as your needs evolve, or adjust around key moments: hiring, fundraising, deadlines…
Remote or on-site?
I'm based in Lille, France. On-site or hybrid work is possible in Lille and Paris. Anywhere else, we'll talk it through and adapt.
Do you write the code yourself?
For an MVP, yes: I build it myself. For other engagements, it depends. If what you really need is code output, I'll usually recommend fewer days with me and a freelance developer alongside: it's a better fit, and cheaper for you.
Which tech stack?
If your stack is up for choosing, I'll recommend one based on your needs and your context. Personal preferences should never factor into that kind of decision.
